As of January 01, 2012 our minimum nightly price will
be $118.00 for the duration of the spot (discount) promotions
above. This will remain at $118.00 through
December 31, 2012 and into 2013. These spot promotions will supercede
our regularly applied rates (e.g. midweek
discounts, regular price on weekends, etc.)
where they may apply. The
percentage discount promotions for our regular midweek discount
rates outlined
on our "Our Rooms At a Glance" page will apply.
Rates
will automatically apply for reservations made through
our website or in any other manner. These are not combinable with
other promotions. The package resevations are for regular, Sunday
through Thursday, midweek stays and are
subject to various blackouts. The said promotions
may change without notice but will
be honored as long as they are displayed. There
are some promotional discounts which are
applicable to the going rate—whether the
regular price or already discounted. The
exceptions to this are packages and the
special promotional rates we are offering during
the weekends and deeper than normal midweek
discounts due to the global economic crisis.
For any promotional rates the
regular prices listed in the table in the "Our
Rooms At a Glance" page are used (e.g.,
midweek disocunts, extended stay discounts,
etc.). For the duration of the special discounts
we are offering (e.g., more than 25% midweek
discounts, weekend discounts, etc.) due
to the dee unusual recessin we are experiencing
the "Other Discounts"—which are
usually combinable— will not apply.
No promotion may drive the nightly price
below the minimum daily rate, which was
$107.00/night, double occupancy. This minimum
price will is $118.00/night, double occulpancy,
for reservations made for stays from January
01, 2012 and beyond These
rates still include all of our amenities.
